Try to have a serving of them at every meal. You can also try foods with significant liquid components, like soups and smoothies.

Make Hydration a Part of Your Day

What is the easiest way to stay hydrated? Make it as easy as possible for yourself, and let it become a habit. You can do this by carrying a water bottle with you, refilling it regularly, and sipping water throughout the day.
