Janice Montgomery

Janice Montgomery is the Business Office Manager for Hearthside Senior Living. Experienced with 30 years of assistant nursing care, her philosophy is grounded in the belief that by being a supportive advocate and giving clients a safe person to talk with and trust to provide their care, we can transform their healthcare experiences whether on the floor or in an office setting. My goal is to continuously manage, and lead healthcare teams equipped to handle even the most delicate situations and who are viewed as assets to patient care. Janice looks forward to serving the residents and their families at Hearthside.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two beautiful grandchildren, and is excited about the new grandbaby that is on the way!
